Dalap VTF - fat filter insert replacement for cartridge

The Dalap VTF all-metal grease filter insert as part of the Dalap FILTER K grease filter cartridge is used to capture fats, grease and oil aerosols most often in ventilation systems with hoods, especially in kitchens, restaurants, fast food and school canteens, but also as an additional filter for air handling systems in commercial spaces.

Quality material with great durability

The Dalap VTF grease filter insert is made of expanded metal. This material is not subject to corrosion and guarantees the long-term functioning of the filter. From both external sides, the filter is protected by a solid grille with higher permeability. Inside, the filter is filled with pleated metal media with a lower permeability.

Regular inspection is essential

This filter, if regularly checked and if necessary, replaced with a new one or at least carefully cleaned, protects the exhaust fan and extends the life of the entire air handling system. Otherwise, a clogged filter insert can prevent sufficient ventilation not only of grease, but also of heat, steam and cooking odours.
