Dalap SKT HEAVY - centrifugal fan for coarse particles

The Dalap SKT HEAVY screw fan is designed for extracting air and other non-explosive gas mixtures containing dust and similar solid impurities up to 100 mg/m3 . It is suitable for continuous operation in industrial or production buildings, where thanks to its performance it can extract heavily polluted air at temperatures from -25 to +60 °C even over long distances.

Dalap SKT HEAVY radial industrial fan is used to extract air and other non-explosive gas mixtures (which also do not contain sticky substances of fibrous materials) with an increased content of dust and similar solid impurities up to 100 mg/m3. It is therefore suitable for operation in, for example, various industrial or agricultural buildings, production halls, building materials, carpentry shops, paint shops, car repair shops, workshops, etc.

The fan body is made of polymer-coated sheet steel, making the device highly durable and suitable for continuous operation. The motor is located outside the fan housing.

Dalap SKT HEAVY industrial screw fan

  • - produced in left-hand (L) and right-hand (R) versions
  • - extraction of dirtier and greaser air containing fine dust or sawdust particles in concentration up to 100 mg/m3
  • - massive impeller resistant to coarse dirt
  • - mounting base for easy installation separately, in production equipment or to ducts
  • - motor life up to 40,000 hours of continuous operation thanks to ball bearings
  • - sheet steel body with polymer coating
