APPLICATION

The roof turbine fan is a component of natural ventilation intended for air exhaust from rooms, under-roof spaces, ventilating ducts and shafts.
The product works on the principle of wind generation, a natural power source. Under the influence of the wind; regardless of type, direction and force, the active head of the fan always rotates in one direction. This produces rarefaction of the air in the ventilation duct, updraft increases and air exchange noticeably improves.
This product doesn't require connection to the electric network, promoting energy savings. Roof turbines are perfectly suitable for all types of residential objects: multistorey structures,  private buildings or industrial facilities.
The fan is designed in such a way as to prevent atmospheric condensation from entering the ventilation duct.

DESIGN

The head of the DORN chimney cap is made of aluminium, while the base of the cap is made of tin plate. The cap has the therma endurace to 180° (temporary to 300ºC)

ATTENTION: The Dalap DORN chimney cap is supplied without a base. For mounting on a flat surface (e.g. the top of a chimney), it is necessary to use a metal flange with a frame, which serves as a base.
